Training Programs

New Zealand Taiji Roliball Federation training is designed to help new learners build confidence step by step, while giving experienced participants a pathway toward performance, teaching, and competition.

Beginner Sessions

Learn the foundations of grip, stance, footwork, rhythm, circular movement, and safe body alignment. No previous Roliball or Taiji (Tai Chi) experience is required.

Community Practice

Regular group practice helps members improve coordination, balance, flexibility, and flow. Sessions are welcoming, social, and suitable for different fitness levels.
